CHASE (Conference Hosting and Session Environment) is MUNify's conference management software designed to simplify and streamline Model United Nations committee sessions.
What is CHASE?
CHASE provides digital tools for managing the core activities of MUN committee sessions:
- Speakers Lists - Manage speaker queues efficiently with a digital speakers list
- Digital Voting - Conduct procedural and substantive votes electronically
- Resolution Editing - Collaborate on working papers and draft resolutions
- Session Management - Track attendance, manage time, and coordinate committee activities
Who Uses CHASE?
CHASE is designed for three primary user roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Chair | Committee chairs who manage debates, speakers lists, and voting procedures |
| Delegate | Participants who speak, submit motions, and vote on resolutions |
| Admin | Conference organizers who set up committees and manage the overall conference |
Many users may have multiple roles. For example, a Secretariat member might have Admin access while also chairing a committee. See Roles Overview for details on how permissions work.
